Some guidelines to consider if you wish to ask me a question for the podcast:
I may not be able to play every question I receive on the podcast. But if I choose yours, I will include your VM in the podcast. I won’t make any major edits in your message, but I might touch up the sound quality if needed. (I also may shorten an overly long pause, that kind of thing.) Then I’ll offer my response.
- If you can, pleaser state your first name and where you are calling from at the beginning.
- Be relatively concise. Maybe make a few notes before recording? Maybe rehearse what you want to say once or twice? If your question rambles too far all over the place, I won’t be able to use it.
- It’s OK if you simply state your opinion and then ask, “What do you think about that?” Your question can, if you wish, be about a personal issue, but please don’t expect particular advice about doing one thing as opposed to another. My perspective is more about stepping back and taking a wider view of things.
- Most important: forget all of the above and speak from the heart.
I use a website called SpeakPipe to record your messages. When you click on the button below, just follow the directions on SpeakPipe to record your message.
After you record, the site will give you the option to leave your name and email address. If you do, I will be able to send an email or voice message back to you.
Many thanks for your recording!
